Barter Submission Form
Important Note for Barter Applicants:
- Please provide 30 high-quality photographs taken from clean, well-lit angles both inside and outside your property. Capture each angle from the extreme corner to ensure maximum coverage and remove any unattractive objects from the photo frame before taking the picture.
- Include complete details of the property, including the building’s age, number of units, area, land specifications, and any other information.
- The size of each photo should be less than 1 MB.
- If your property is listed in a company other than Royal Citizen, we regret that we cannot accept it for bartering.
- Your property will be listed for sale or exchange, along with your suggested price in four languages: Arabic, English, Turkish, and Persian.
Note:
The scanned copies of the owner’s documents will be kept confidential by Royal Citizen. We request for the owner’s documents and identity verification in accordance with UAE laws, so that the company can ensure the property provider is the actual owner and not a third party.
